PART - A

The plan of action chalked out by IQAC in the beginning of the year towards quality enhancement and the outcome achieved by the end of the year, the college has been trying to ensure quality education for the students and also working towards the all round development of students and society. To achieve the goals, following aspects were considerably stressed by IQAC:

• Regular attendance of Seminars, Orientation and Refresher Courses by Faculty Members.
• Remedial classes for the benefit of students.
• Evaluation of teacher’s performance by students.
• Getting feedback from students for the development of the Institution.
• Introduction of new Career Oriented Programmes (COP) such as Yoga and Naturopathy, Computer Education in B.A. I, II, III.
• Introduction of skill oriented course like Computer Literacy and Communicative English.
• Introduction of new course like PGDCA.
• Organizing Seminars sponsored by UGC, DGHE and ICSSR.
• Meaningful engagement by NSS & NCC units in community services.
• Organizing Career Counseling Programmes.
• Renovation of Audio-Video Room with EDUSAT facility, Seminar Hall, Common Room, construction of two classrooms & Auditorium.
• Addition of furniture in Canteen.

Remarkable success has been achieved in all the areas as clear from Part B of the Annual Report.
